Placing Orders & Delivery

Orders may be placed over the phone, in person, via email, or online here in our wholesale online store. Our wholesale website is password protected. All approved retailers who wish to place orders online must have an account to access the wholesale website

Placing Orders Online

Once you have been approved as a retailer and have been issued your wholesale account login & password, placing orders online is quick & easy. 

1) Login using your wholesale account credentials

2) Add the styles you want to your cart

3) Click your cart at the top right of the screen, review your order, and press checkout.

4) Review & approve your billing & shipping addresses. Shipping costs are calculated once your order is ready to be shipped. We ship with UPS and DHL.

5) Choose your payment option (no payment is captured at this point).

6) Submit order!

No payment is captured at the time orders are placed. Once your order is submitted, we will contact you with an invoice.

Placing Orders Over the Phone

You are welcome to place your orders over the phone. Simply call 732 687 8711. An invoice will then be emailed to you.

Placing Orders via Email

You may place orders via email at info@ModaPosa.com. You have the options of using our order form, which is available in Excel or Word format for your convenience. To request an order form, please call 72 687 8711 or email info@ModaPosa.com. Once we receive your order, you will be issued an invoice.

Payment

We accept credit card, bank wire, & PayPal as methods of payment.

Orders placed in-season shall be paid in full prior to shipment.

Paying by Credit Card

Paying by credit card is quick and easy. We can take credit card information over the phone or via email, whichever works best for you.

Paying with PayPal

Payments submitted via PayPal should be sent to our PayPal account, which is linked to the following email address: info@ModaPosa.com

Paying with Bank Wire

If paying with bank wire, we will send you our bank information for remittance.

ModaPosa ships via FedEx & UPS within the United States. We offer international shipping via DHL (For International Shipping please click here)

All merchandise ships from our New Jersey warehouse.

Customers within the USA will have the option of choosing ground or express shipping.
